DIY Summer Hat with sequins and pom-poms

Summer is here and that means it’s time to get that pretty sun hat out into our lives – right?

My Instagram and Pinterest have been buzzing with these super glam slogan sun hats that I could not help drooling over. I had been feeling really “crafty” (wink-wink ;-)) lately, so to satisfy that itch I decided to make my own Slogan Hat without spending the $$! Workbooks for Preschoolers

Summer it is!

School Holidays are on and that means it’s that special time of the year when we are with the kids 24X7 and the sanity goes out of the window in a flash!

Even though my both the kids are in a childcare, so they do not really have holidays, but since both the monkeys do not nap in the afternoon, the afternoons are l-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-n-n-n-g! But luckily I came across some great activity books which keep them engaged.

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cremes

Hola!

I feel this post is so long overdue, since I have been using and loving these NYX Liquid Lipsticks for quite sometime now! Lipsticks are probably easiest way to create a look- and these are a must try since they are so good!

Enchanting Venice

I had mentioned in my last post that we had gone to Italy in end March / early April. The blog post on the trip got delayed because I had run out of hard disk space to download all the photos! I finally managed to create space and here’s the first post on Italy – that fabulous country.

It was an 11 day vacation – 3 days each in Venice, Florence and 4 days in Rome. I planned to put all of it in one post with 3-4 photos of each place but we fell in love with Venice and I wanted to put many more photos!

Green Fruity Salad

I went home to Kolkata for nearly 6 weeks to celebrate the rice ceremony of my cute baby niece and then went on vacation immediately after. After devouring the yum-yum mum cooked food at home and then cheesy pizzas and the uncountable cremalicious gelatos in Italy (or should I say, Eataly), I am back home in Singapore, tanned and with few extra kilos here and there!

And also back to blogging and to healthy eating. For lunch today I whipped up this ridiculously simple but gorgeous looking fruit salad which is crunchy, juicy, zesty and anything but bland. Read on at: http://rheawrites.com/
